Our coaching staff will be on the field running the day and evaluating. We're capping the camp at 50 players so everyone gets real reps and real attention.

Baylor holds up on both counts.
Already making the trip?
You'll get Magnolia Field at Baylor Ballpark and our baseball facilities on camp day. But baseball is one piece of the decision — the campus, the academics, and the people are the rest of it. Our admissions office runs official campus visits on Tuesday, August 4 and Thursday, August 6, so you can build a real visit around camp instead of driving in and out in a day.
Before you come
Magnolia Field at Baylor Ballpark

We begin checking in players at 8:30 a.m. at the Main Gate to the baseball stadium, as you approach from the parking lot. Camp starts at 9:00.
Baseball pants, uniform or T-shirt, hat, and spikes. Also bring flat-soled shoes and have them available to change into during portions of camp.
Players are responsible for their own baseball gear — bat, glove, helmet, batting gloves, and catcher's gear if you're a catcher. Bring water and sunscreen; it's August in Texas.
Players are on their own for lunch. There are many options close to campus, and players are welcome to bring a lunch if they'd rather stay at the facility.
Players rotate through the afternoon in groups, so everyone gets their game, the seminar, and the tour.
Yes. Parents are welcome in the stands all day, and are encouraged to sit in on the recruiting seminar — it covers the calendar, what coaches actually evaluate, and how and when to reach out.
